I don’t know about you, but it has been a rough couple of weeks for me. Work mishaps and family drama have been constants. I’m a person who thrives on stability, and I don’t like to deviate from the routine. I get down on myself when things feel out of control. Can you relate to this? I just have the feeling of being off balance and flustered.
